Southeast Technology Center
Serving as the main hub for our network of eight Technology Centers, the National Technology Center, which is the largest of them all, enhances our customer support capabilities throughout North America. Our National Technology Center opened in 1996 and has undergone two major expansions since then. With each expansion, we have been able to significantly enhance our applications support and customer learning opportunities. In fact, this facility plays a key role in our Optimum Plus total support program, which ensures our customers get the maximum return on their machine tool investment. Our 100,813-square-foot National Technology Center, which is the East building on our Florence, Kentucky campus, is home to our Customer Training Department, National Service Department, MAZATROL Control Support Group and the Documentation Department.
