What is your current role at Mazak?

“My current role at Mazak is Installation Supervisor. I assist our engineers and customers in troubleshooting issues that may arise during the installation process. When I am not in the office, I am in the field visiting Mazak engineers and customers as needed.”

What is your definition of great customer service?

"Great customer service is giving 100% to every customer, no matter big or small, and striving to do right by them."

What are your hobbies and interests?

"In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors. I especially like camping and being near the water."

If you could live in a TV show, which show would it be?

"I would like to think I am already living in a TV show about myself. Things wouldn’t be this good if I wasn’t. The writers are terrible, but at least they have a sense of humor."
