Ai Thermal Shield

Based on spindle speed and temperature of the machine, Ai Thermal Shield suppresses changes in the cutting edge position. It stabilizes continuous machining accuracy through meticulous machine control that takes into account temperature changes, machine position, coolant ON/OFF, and other factors.

Profiler Machining Package (optional)

For machining that requires high contour control, the machine's performance is maximized. Contour accuracy is improved even with high feedrate, so there is no need to reduce the feedrate or acceleration/deceleration, which leads to shorter machining times. It is highly effective for high-speed, high-precision machining of scroll-shaped parts and machining that requires pin angles for metal mold design surfaces.

*Optional coolant temperature control system(water-soluble) and scale feedback(X-, Y-, Z-axis) are required.
