It stabilizes continuous machining accuracy through meticulous machine control that takes into account temperature changes, machine position, coolant ON/OFF, and other factors. In addition, workpiece measurement is performed after machining, and the data is learned to achieve optimal thermal displacement offset.

Measurement programs can be created and executed by combining a wide variety of measurement patterns. Automatic updating of tool offset by coordinate measurement and workpiece measurement, geometric tolerance determination such as flatness, roundness, cylindricity and concentricity, and optional setting of measuring points are available. It is also possible to display reports of measurement results in graph form.

The measurement program can be created by manually operating the machine according to the on-screen instructions, moving the touch probe to the measurement point, and having the software recognize the measurement point. In addition to automatic updating of workpiece coordinates and tool offset using measurement results, geometric tolerance determination is also possible. The software has flexibility to change the measurement points and has a calculation function that combines the measurement results.
