High-rigidity machine construction for stable machining performance
High-rigidity bed
The high rigidity bed is reinforced with strategically located ribs to ensure stability, minimizing the change in bed posture during X and Z-axis travel.
X-axis slanted design
The mounting surfaces of the X-axis linear guide rails are at different heights to ensure high rigidity and lower total weight. High-speed, high-precision positioning is achieved by driving close to the center of gravity.
Linear roller guides utilized on all axes
The HCN series uses linear roller guides on the X-, Y- and Z-axis for high accuracy and heavy-duty machining.

Cone coupling
The pallet and table are clamped by cone couplings to ensure high rigidity and high repeatable positioning accuracy when changing pallets.
The single pallet of the HCN-5000S and HCN-5000/50S is bolted directly to the machine table.

PALLETECH SYSTEM
The scalable automation system, which consists of pallet stockers, a pallet loader robot, and loading stations, can be flexibly expanded to accommodate increases in production. Pallets can be stored in a flat arrangement or in a two-leveled or three-leveled arrangement to save floor space.
