Automatic Tool Changer and Magazine

The disc-type tool magazine comes standard with 24 tools (30 tools for VCE-700 series) and is driven by an independent motor
The tool pockets can be selected randomly, allowing for rapid and convenient tool change

High-Rigidity, High-Accuracy Machine Construction

The structural parts of machines have undergone the finite-element analysis (FEA) and verification to achieve sufficient rigidity
Compared to conventional slide guides, the roller guides feature smaller coefficients of friction and zero creepage, while delivering exceptional transmission performance of ball guides, with enhanced rigidity
The body, column and other parts of the machine tool are designed using 3D structural analysis, essentially minimizing torsion (deformation) during heavy-duty cutting and high-speed operation
