Mazak iCONNECT™

Mazak iCONNECT™ is a new online platform for existing Mazak customers, consisting of a free suite of services. Furthermore, customers can subscribe to the M2M (Machine-2-Mazak) level of service which provides a suite of productivity enhancing functions.

Support Bases

Mazak has established Technology Centres around the world to provide technology solutions to customers, such as displaying the latest applications, offering advice on parts machining, equipment consulting, and various trainings. Also, Mazak has established Technical Centres to quickly carry out sales and service activities closer to customers and provide prompt support from close locations to customers around the world.
